Privacy Policy
Effective 18 September 2026
Notly is a to-do app for iPhone and iPad. In short: Notly does not collect any data about you. Everything you write stays on your device.
What Notly stores
Your tasks, including titles, notes, dates, lists, subtasks and reminders, and your settings (such as appearance and haptics) are saved only on your device, in storage shared between the Notly app and its Home Screen widget. They are never sent to us or to anyone else.
What Notly doesn’t do
- No accounts or sign-in.
- No analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind.
- No third-party SDKs.
- No network connections. Notly works fully offline.
Notifications
If you set a reminder, Notly asks for permission to send notifications. Reminders are scheduled locally on your device by iOS. No notification data leaves your device through Notly.
Backups
Settings → Export backup creates a file only when you choose to, and you decide where to save or share it. Your device’s own iCloud or computer backups may include Notly’s data, depending on your iOS settings. Those backups are handled by Apple under your Apple Account.
Deleting your data
Deleting the Notly app removes all of its data from your device.
Children
Notly collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
