Terms of Use
By downloading or using Posture Check ("the app"), you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Subscriptions ("Posty Pro")
- Posture Check offers auto-renewing subscriptions (yearly, monthly) and a one-time lifetime purchase that unlock premium features.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. If a free trial is offered, the subscription begins charging when the trial ends unless cancelled at least 24 hours before.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
- No refunds are provided by the developer; refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

The app provides general wellness reminders and stretching suggestions for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Stop any exercise that causes pain and consult a healthcare professional for medical concerns.
Acceptable use
You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or its assets, including the Posty character.
Warranty & liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
